Summary
They could hear the choked gasp of something behind them, but they were more focused on sorting out their own mind. Their memories were missing, tampered with. There were the three beginnings that they expected, but those beginnings were scattered and full of obvious holes. The memories from After were also full of holes and missing gaps that made it difficult for them to figure out where everything fit.
Ryomen Sukuna reawakens in the modern era, only they weren't just Ryomen Sukuna, they hadn't been for a long time. Now, they have to deal with canon with only scattered memories and gut instincts. Hopefully they won't fuck up the world more than they already did simply by existing.
Or; SIkuna woke up in the modern world after fucking up the Heian Era, this time doesn't go much better.

𝐇𝐞𝐫𝐨𝐞𝐬? 𝐕𝐢𝐥𝐥𝐚𝐢𝐧𝐬? What primitive fucking titles.
“I’m neither.”
Sukuna/Yuji are transported into BNHA and the heroes don’t know how to handle the king of curses, neither do the villains.

Summary
“Our only real pleasure is to squander our resources to no purpose, just as if a wound were bleeding away inside us; we always want to be sure of the uselessness or ruinousness of our extravagance.”
- Georges Bataille, Erotism: Death and SensualityMyrine Whitlock's one true love in life was biology. Life. Breaking things apart so she could understand how they came together. Coasting through on the company payroll with black marks on her psychological profile that stated she 'had difficulties with empathy' and that 'she would be unsuited for leadership'.
It was the kind of rhetoric that landed her on a sixty-five-year trip through space, trapped with a crew that embodied just about every annoyance she had ever experienced in her remarkably long career. She had expected the isolation, the long hours trapped in the company of specimens infinitely more fascinating than her fellow man's moral squabbles over a company they'd sold their souls to for a half-share.
She hadn't expected the crash.
And she certainly hadn't expected him.

Summary
Large, freezing fingers take hold of his hair and wrench him up, up onto trembling knees as it snarls, there, close enough to rip his throat open with its maw of borrowed teeth.
"Do not think I am not tempted, Victor!" There is no heat to its breath, as it bellows its contempt not an inch from his face. Only moisture, and rushing air, expelled to defile his name. "To bleed you. To humble you."
--
"You have denied me death, I deny you in kind. You must live, Victor."
He hates the sound of his name in its mouth. Hates it. Had only it died as intended, that he would never suffer the sound again.
"For if you will not grant me a companion, I will take you as one."

Summary
Jane doesn’t remember a before. Her life begins in Neverland — a sterile facility of glass and code — where her human body lies buried somewhere beneath the floors that made her new one. She was the first attempt at transferring human consciousness into a synthetic frame. It didn’t take. Adults, it turns out, don’t adapt well to immortality.
Now she’s neither human nor machine — a ghost in circuitry, too flawed for the Lost Boys, too sentient for the synths.
Prodigy keeps her close, though no one can say why. Maybe curiosity. Maybe cruelty. Maybe Kavalier’s boredom dressed as benevolence.
While he calls her creation, she’s learning to call herself something else.
And in a world where every wire in her body belongs to him, autonomy might be the most dangerous thing she can want.Bookmarked by Allthethings18
