Summary

Harry bites his lip, glancing over at him; his eyes are still on the horizon, so Harry lets his gaze linger for a moment. The chill has flushed the tip of his nose and apples of his cheeks pink, and he looks so painfully pretty that it makes Harry’s heart hurt; this close, he can see a few patches of close-shaven stubble Louis’ razor hadn’t quite cleared away, and belatedly it strikes him that Louis must have shaved specifically for this. He’d certainly had noticeable scruff when Harry had been shamelessly ogling at him through the huge festival screens lining the stage earlier in the day.
His teeth sink into his bottom lip to temper the satisfied little smile that blooms at the thought of Louis taking the time to neaten himself up for a night out with Harry, the idea sating the endless pit of need that Louis ignites in him just enough to quiet it for a short while.
