“I wanted to see you,” he says, voice thick. “Spirits, I missed you, I wasn’t sure if you still felt the same way about me and I wasn’t expecting…”
“I thought about you all the time,” she says. His subvocals rumble against her chest, and she tilts her head further as his hand winds through her hair with a gentle tug that draws a sharp gasp from her, warm to her core. Part it almost feels like grief dissipating.
Garrus tucks his face into the side of her neck, nose plate brushing along her pulse and his visor glows in her peripheral as he murmurs, “Yeah? You said that.”
A grin pulls at the corner of her mouth and she drags her nails along the delicate patches dotting the column of his throat only for his hips to twitch toward her and his grip tightens on her own. “I did. I thought about a lot of things though,” she brushes her lips along his mandible, letting everything else fade away just for the moment of Garrus wrapped around her, “you’ll have to be more specific.”

Summary
Shepard's heart has been broken since the fatal sword wound to her lover, leaving her lost and feeling alone in the galaxy. Only the thought of destroying the human that caused her so much pain, then destroying the Reapers who brought so much more pain into the lives of those around her, has kept her going.
When the apparition appears taking on the form of a child, giving her the so-called choices she could make, its words ended her indecision. The flash and heat from the explosion were tremendous. She was on her way to Kalahira's shores. It was her last thought as she succumbed to the pain.
When she woke up on a shore, she was wet, cold, shivering and naked. When a green scaled hand reached for her she was ecstatic, she made it, she's reunited with her love. That is until she realized that hand had five fingers and much larger scales.

Summary
The first contact war was followed by years of hot and cold warfare between humans and turians. Several attempts by the council to force a permanent truce has failed. Now both the Hierarchy and the Alliance has agreed to an armistice which has lasted for 6 years. Gagarin Station (Jump Zero)has been established as a place of reconciliation, where turian recruits and human biotics train side by side as supposed allies. However, old grudges die hard and for some of the students it's hard to let go of the past.
Will friendship outlast the end of childhood? When team Four is spread across space, divided by duty, will something remain of Jump Zero’s lessons, or will the new emerging enemy strain every relationship past its breaking point?

Summary
Shepard is not sure where her loyalty lies. Her "cooperation" with the Illusive Man has finished, albeit with more scars than she was hoping for. Despite her wishes to retaliate, her path back to the Alliance has long since closed due to her new body. Her only alternative, much to her chagrin, is the Hierarchy.
Time has grown short and she must find where her allies reside as the Reapers come barreling upon the galaxy once again.
