This is a little idea I've had floating around my mind since I've started watching Vince Gilligan's new show, Pluribus. I have always been fascinated by multiplicity in fiction, and I think Worm has a unique perspective to offer.
As of the creation of this document, all 352,632 citizens of Brockton Bay have been subsumed into the hive-mind of Pluribus. This includes the entire roster of the Empire Eighty-Eight, The Azn Bad Body, New Wave, the Wards ENE, the PRT ENE, the Undersiders, the Travellers, and well over half of the roster of the Protectorate ENE.
The quarantine is to be maintained by any means necessary.
