He and Jason usually hang out after patrol so that's how Roy finds himself on the fire escape with his hands on the ledge of the window that looks into Jason's living room. He's crouched down, just about to open the window when Jason walks into the room wearing his tac pants and the skin tight shirt he wears under his armor.
He keeps his back to the window, which Roy finds tactically unsound, but he keeps that thought to himself when Jason pulls his shirt over his head and drops it over the top of the recliner that Roy usually sits in.

Tim, at 24, is more reserved. And although he could just as easily find someone to take upstairs, it isn't Tim’s style. He isn't interested in one night stands or even short flings. He's more interested in something meaningful. With someone important. Someone who currently has a pretty young blonde hanging off his arm as he flirts shamelessly with the guy on his left.
Tim tries not to stare, but his attention never strays far from Dick. Even when they're on patrol, maybe especially when they're on patrol, when Dick is more serious, and has that extra air of maturity that makes Tim ache for him.

Roy rubs the back of his neck, cheeks tinged pink in the dim light of the bedside lamp.
"The couch is really uncomfortable. Like really, really uncomfortable. Can I sleep in here with you?"
Jason freezes for a second at the thought of sharing a bed with Roy Harper. It's everything his teenage self wanted, truthfully it's something his twenty year old self wants as well. He still hesitates, not wanting to seem overeager.
"C'mon Jaybird. Don't make me sleep out there. I'll be up all night."
Jason heaves a sigh, only partially pretending. "Fine. You can sleep in here. Get in bed before I change my mind."
Or Roy is a terrible bed mate.

“There are a multitude of universes and in all of them there is one constant, Captain Rogers. Do you know what that might be?” She asks as she walks around him. It's clear she isn't expecting an answer.
He follows her movements with his eyes, the only part of him that he has control over.
“The one constant across all universes and all time is one Steve Rogers for every James Barnes. Always.”
She comes around to face him again, but directs his attention to the side where images have started to appear, ghostlike and faded, but unmistakable. A Steve for every Bucky and a Bucky for every Steve.
“Do you see, Captain Rogers?" She asks. "The multiverse is not to be trifled with.”
“A Steve for every Bucky,” he says, “but it’s not me. It’s not me, not anymore. Bucky deserves someone who can love him right and that he can love in return. That’s what I’m trying to do.”
He’s crying, he can feel the tears stream down his face. He cries for what he’s lost and for what he will lose when he returns to his own time. “I’m not the one that can love him best, not like he deserves.”
But he knows who can.

As the coins keep tinkling in he works a finger under the waist of the panties and drags them down. The coins start dropping fast, just as he knew they would. He teases at pulling them off before sliding his hand all the way beneath them to cup himself.

He looks back, finding Bucky perched on a stool that was empty a moment before. Bucky’s gray eyes dance in the dim light and a predatory smile graces his face. Steve has the sensation of warm fingertips dancing down his spine; the familiar caress of a lover's touch. Steve hasn't felt it in a long time, too long honestly, but it's not something a man easily forgets.
The shadows of the library seem to draw in around Bucky's body and Steve hurries for the door before his mind tries to make sense of the shape those shadows take.

He trails off with a shake of his head.
It feels like the air has been sucked out of Steve's lungs. His head spins with thoughts of Loki being forced to marry. He doesn’t really know much about Asgard, but the idea of Loki being ordered to get married doesn't sit right with Steve- for multiple reasons, one or two of them extremely selfish.
