Bruce wasn’t his Alpha. He hadn’t been Jason’s Alpha since he Presented.
Despite what some might say Jason wasn’t ashamed to be an Omega. He wasn’t soft or submissive or likeable but it wasn’t because he was ashamed of his gender. He just couldn’t afford to be soft. Sure he wanted a mate and puppies and a warm nest to come home to every night just like any other Omega. It was just a luxury he can’t afford, not while Gotham was still like this.
Things needed to change. They couldn’t just keep fighting crime the way they had been and expect Gotham to change. Selina was changing things. The rest of the family might not like it but she was changing things and Gotham needed to change.
