Ranboo can't dream. He could never dream. Why? Dreams are recycled memories if you look at it from a certain point. Ranboo can't remember anything. He'd come to terms with that while he lived L'Manburg. One less thing to worry about. It was better to focus on making sure his nation wouldn't be destroyed than one some silly nightmare.
But when he's in the snow with just the clouds above him and ice, maybe his mind can finally rest easier.
