Summary
If they wanted him to reverse the spell cast on Tony, Loki demanded his requests to be heard. Thor couldn't grant that, so both have gone back to Asgard and left Tony unchanged. He's more used to being a baby now, and Steve and Bucky are still willing to look after him. Though that doesn't mean everything is going to be peaches and cream now.
