Summary
After living a long and fulfilling life with his family and friends, Kurosaki Ichigo died at the age of 70 with no regrets.
He had expected to wake up in the afterlife. However, the world he had woken up to was a terrible one.
A world where Aizen had won, killed the Soul King and become the new Soul King with the Three Worlds at the palm of his hand. A world where evil and despair ruled and all of this world's versions of his old friends were suffering greatly.
A world where he didn't exist.

Dimension hoping fix-it. Ichigo lived his life and finally expired the normal old man way only to find the afterlife is not his own. Aizen is soul king and everything sucks for the conquered shinigami. Can Ichigo save this universe as he saved his own?

Summary
When the Quincy King seemed to be victorious, the Soul king sent Ichigo back in time, though the wavering strength of the king was not enough for safe time-travel.
Without his memories and 80 years back in time, Ichigo (or the self-proclaimed Mugetsu) must discern friends from foes, and is having a hard time.
Aizen immediately sees the potential this stranger has, and cannot wait to exploit it by becoming "friends", though... that was the initial idea...

More of a time travel break-it than fix-it. Ichigo was tossed into the past by a soul king with unstable powers. He's busted into pieces but still attempts to forge forward despite lacking cohesive memories and powers.

‘Wish,’ the Hōgyoku sounds almost triumphant as it burns hotter and hotter. 'Wish.'
There's a pulse of pure power.
The sensation of falling backwards, of being pulled down, rises up and washes over Ichigo out of nowhere.
