Riddle had initially assumed it was a joke. Some new form of harassment meant solely to get a reaction out of him. But a week more had passed, and Floyd showed no sign of growing bored.
Floyd’s relentless pursuit eventually leaves Riddle with little choice but to accept a contract that binds them together for one month. However, Floyd’s interest does not feel as simple as it first appeared, and Riddle is forced to confront the unsettling possibility that resisting may not be as easy as he believed.(Will update chpt 6 mid - late June)
