Reiju looks at her mother being dressed from her bloody clothes. She looks back at her bloody little brother being cradled by the nurse. How fitting is it that the thing cradled in the nurse’s hand is not a child, but a weapon: forged in blood, destined to be wielded by a monster making other monsters.
There is a realization the moment that Reiju's little brothers are born.

When Sanji was young, he and his mother had developed a habit of bonding over doing each other's makeup, but subsequent torment from his brothers and the passing of Sora made it so Sanji wanted to hide away this part of himself. Growing up, Sanji continued love this activity, but it was becoming harder to keep it to himself, despite his fear of being found out. He wishes to someday be free to fully express himself without his cautious mind holding him back.
