Yet Another DA k-meme prompt:
Fenris has never had a willing sexual encounter with a man, and has some assumptions about how it must always be unwilling between two men. Somehow, he stumbles upon Anders with another guy, and Fenris assumes Anders is being raped. Even if he doesn't like him, Fenris doesn't stand for that and interrupts, making Anders mad because it scares off the guy he was with.Fenris is mad because he thinks he did Anders a favor and Anders is too stubborn to admit it.
Eventually Anders ends up proving to him that he really does enjoy getting fucked by guys, by getting Fenris to fuck him.

Hawke lets Anders go in the end, and Sebastian goes back to Starkhaven to raise his army to hunt the apostate down... only it appears that leaving for years with little contact and few connections leaves you in a terrible place to randomly show up and demand the throne.
Now he's on the run from Starkhaven royalty that want him taken out and he runs into the only other person in as much trouble as he is, and has to survive with him.
That person being Anders.

There was silence. Neither of them said anything, they didn’t even move.
Gale regarded him with wide eyes, seemingly taking his features in anew. Then, he scoffed, straightening up to sit on his bedroll. “Of course. I can’t believe I didn’t see it.”
No fucking way. He was not being this arrogant, this insufferable, in this moment. Astarion must’ve misheard him, only he knew he hadn’t.
“You think yourself that smart, Gale?” he asked with narrow eyes, face twisting with distaste.
“Yes, in fact I do.” Gale replied, his tone returning all of Astarion’s hostility. “I am a studied wizard after all. I’ve read all about your kind, assuming you are merely a spawn.”
“Merely.” Astarion repeated. He kept quiet for a while, attempting to discern what Gale was going to do. He discreetly wrapped his hand around the dagger he hid in the hem of his pants, just in case.
The wizard seemed to be lost in thought for a while. Eventually he looked up at Astarion, his eyes twinkling in the moonlight. “Did you plan to kill me?”
“What?” Astarion choked on the word.

Astarion could feel himself grinning, and his hands, which had been innocently resting on Gale’s sides, began trailing lower.
“Now that this nasty orb business is resolved, how about we show Mystra who you really belong to?”
