It wasn't Tommy's fault he was in the streets, really. He had been ever since he could remember, and he refused to go back into the system after that one time they tried to set him up with a family. The family was nice and everything up until they accidentally stumbled upon the fact that he sometimes changed into a wolf. It also wasn't his idea to be in his wolf form outside, but it was cold on the streets, and at least his fur would keep him warm. One thing led to another, and he suddenly had a tranq dart in his leg, and that was the last thing he could remember before he woke up in a cage with real wolves.
