Meng Yao also got very good at talking his way into the beds of people who interested him. He can read people well enough to figure out pretty quickly what they like, and is good enough at talking to make himself out to be whatever it is people want.
Lan Xichen is no different, at least at first. Meng Yao sees him, wants him, gets a read on him. He's sweet and honest, perhaps a bit too sweet and honest for his own good. Meng Yao puts on an earnest front to match, just enough flirting and teasing to be interesting.
They sleep together three more times before Meng Yao makes the first break from his normal routine.
