“‘Wanted’?” Percy clarifies, eyebrows furrowed. “Did you already do it?”
“I’m doing it every day,” she answers enigmatically, a different kind of smile on her face that he can’t place. “It was nice meeting you, Percy. Thanks for walking me home.”

[BOOK 2 IN PROGRESS]When her father died, Annabeth Chase inherited his cabin deep in the woods of Virginia. Her life wasn't going the way she thought it would in California, so she moved back into her childhood home & took a job at her father's old college.
When she meets Percy Jackson, they stumble into a mystery together that will test their wit, their strength, and their will to keep fighting. There are things that nest in the dark that are far scarier than gods, and only a child born of the mountains can keep them at bay.This is going to be a long, LONG-term project. It'll be a collection of Monster-of-the-Week style one shots that eventually connect to a bigger arc. Each installment is going to be a complete story on its own, so every time I post, it'll be like getting an entire "episode."
Heavily inspired by Old Gods of Appalachia (the podcast) & MotW-style shows like Scooby-Doo & Supernatural. I'll add more pairings and tags as they show up (:
Side note: this definitely falls under the "horror" genre. I'll add content warnings at the beginning of each chapter.
