Summary
Jason Todd's wrists were chained to a wall. He had a bruise forming on his left cheek and a cut on his right forearm from when he had blocked a slash that had been aimed for his neck. Ordinarily, Jason wouldn’t be shy about complaining over how it hurt while still making himself seem cool by being completely casual about it, as if the stinging pain did not phase him at all.
But right now, said stinging pain was not even registering in his mind. All he could focus on was the fact that their captor had Nightwing wearing nothing but his domino mask, kneeling in the middle of the room with wrists and ankles bond behind his back by high tensile wires — the type used in high voltage electric fences.
And Jason was seeing green.
OR
When Jason and Dick are captured by a villain with an obsession for Nightwing, Jason is forced to watch the man he loves more than life itself being brutally tortured.

Summary
Nightwing has been dead two years, murdered in front of the Bat-Family by Deathstroke. Yet, even after all this time, the after-effects of Dick’s death are apparent. Batman is more violent than ever, Robin is emotionally compromised, Red Robin has hung up the cape, and Red Hood runs around Gotham angry and unchecked.
