Shaoyou scoffed, though his jaw clenched. “You look way too fucking good. Everyone will stare at you, Hua Yong… and I’ll want to gouge their eyes out.”
Hua Yong smiled, infuriatingly smug. “Good. Let them stare. I want everyone to see how amazing your wife looks. I want them to envy you.”
Or: Hua Yong wanted to behave for once, really, if Shaoyou hadn’t come out tonight looking like sin incarnate. How could he behave when his alpha looked this fucking good?

Summary
Alternative ending, series final episode's eve anxiety
Sheng Shaoyou finds out he is pregnant, guided by the goodness of his heart offers himself to be Gao Tu's pheromone companion.
“Ga…Gao Tu?” he releases Hua Yong as he takes steps closer to the sofa, but there's something that stops him; the smells, clearly Gao Tu is practically bathed on Shaoyou’s pheromones, he feels his blood boil and without realizing his pheromones were taking over the apartment “Pheromones.. Why… How dare you Sheng Shaoyou! Your stench is- Gao Tu!” Wenlang chokes with his own words, he is angry, how does he even dare to put his smell on HIS Gao Tu.

Summary
He remembers clearly the pain on Hua Yong’s face after these words, the clash of chopsticks on the plate as he was trying to compose himself but his hand was shaking uncontrollably. He hurt him with these words. He knew he did. And at that moment Sheng Shaoyou thought it was a perfect revenge.
That’s when he decided that Hua Yong will never find out about the fact that Sheng Shaoyou has never felt such intense pleasure in his whole life, even though he’s been with countless people. He will never say out loud how his whole body erupts like a volcano with Hua Yong’s every touch, how his whole body melts with every Hua Yong's whisper about Shaoyou being his everything… He will never say it. But he should’ve known that with Hua Yong nothing ever goes according to Sheng Shaoyou’s plan.
