Jinx, Ekko reads on her nametag, wears an unbuttoned polo that clings to her like a second skin. He swallows when he notices outlines of jewelry sitting at the twin peaks of her chest, then darts his eyes back up toward her face. Because only perverts stare at a girl’s tits after just meeting her, right?
Jinx bites her bottom lip, trying not to smirk, and Ekko thinks he might just go lock himself in a freezer. Fuck. Of course she caught him looking. If she asks, he’ll just say his eyes were on her nametag. Clearly.
“You PMSing?” she asks in a scratchy voice.
Ekko blinks. “I’m… sorry?”
Ekko goes to the supermarket in the middle of the night to get some ice cream and gets more than what he asked for.

“Oh fuck’s sake.” he rolled his eyes, patience running thin “We're not together that often.”After a rather turbulent past, Jinx and Ekko find their way to each other again. Joined at the hip, except- there's this weird tension in the room whenever they're close, which is a bit of an issue, considering they're roommates. Now, it's going to take a lot more restraint to not slip up, because she doesn't think she's good enough, and he seems determined to prove her wrong and save her.
Attention, fame- it seems to chase them, more people get involved, feelings grow and hearts are bound to break as their almost possessive, damn near unhealthy dynamic, is tested. She can't be good for him, that much is clear, so why the hell can't he seem to keep his hands away from her?And why the hell, is there a tiny kid sitting on his living room couch?
Now, they're more intertwined than ever. Everywhere he turns, he's engulfed in blue- her essence, taunting, luring him in. The siren's call is irresistible. She's chaos and trouble, and fuck.. he craves the thrill.

“You may not consider me a friend, Jinx,” Ekko began before taking her hand and gently pulling her over the threshold. “But I’d like to consider you mine.”
Jinx shook her head in disbelief, almost laughing. “You’re supposed to kill people like me.”
“I know.”
Jinx deflated, shrinking in on herself. “I don’t know how to be your friend, Ekko.”
Ekko smiled, shrugging it off. “Well, I’ve never been friends with a vampire before. I guess we’ll both have to figure it out as we go.”
Or
Ekko goes against everything he knows to save a vampire and ends up changing his life in ways he never could’ve imagined, giving him a love that lives on for eternity.
