Summary
After Christian de Clare and Deviya Sharma were wed in England, their married life as a couple began shortly after they left England for Bengal once more to go back home. As their married life continues, they realize that they have deeper romantic feelings for each other despite the marriage initially being for political purposes.
Events in this story happen during and after Season 3 of Kali: Flame of Samsara. The politics and religious aspects in the original story will not be discussed in detail in this fanfic to keep the focus of the story on Christian and Deviya's relationship. This fanfic is mostly inspired by the canon story, but does not exactly copy or replicate what happened in the actual story. This is just an imagined retelling of how I see the story.
