The jingling sound of chains rang through the air as he slowly pushes himself from the cold ground. He brushed off some dirt from his cheeks—not that it will make him any cleaner. When he sat up and took a proper look at his surroundings, he realized it was not the same...
“Great, of all things it’s a fucking leech.” He groaned.
“As if I want to be roomed with an animal that looked like it hadn’t bathed for a decade,” said leech fired back.
This was the beginning of their long journey. The story of how two stray dogs met.

"Hah?!" Chuuya nearly fell off the branch he was sitting on. He turned to his lanky companion who was standing on another branch, dark eyes gazing up at the full moon. "Where the hell did that come from?!"
"I think we make a pretty good team." The dark haired male turned those blackened eyes to the redhead and smiled cheekily, showing off his pointed fangs. "A werebeast and a vampire, what could be more perfect than this?"
Chuuya slowly opened his eyes at the short but pleasant dream. He glared up at the man standing over him, icy blue eyes clashed with scarlet red. Too bad reality wasn't so pleasant at the moment.
"You have no idea how much I've longed to see you again, Chuuya." The scarlet eyed man chuckled as he slowly stroke his pale hand over Chuuya's cheek.
