Summary
Ratchet thought he had it made. He had his own place, his career was booming, and he was happily single after swearing off love; but it turns out that being awesome at your job (as a politician) is a great way to put a target on your back. After being threatened with a bullshit lawsuit, he is given a rather absurd choice; go toe to toe with the mysterious enemy he’s made set on burning his life’s work down, or enter into an arranged bond with the newly crowned Prime.
Enraged at the audacity, he signs the contract. But Ratchet isn’t one to take things lying down. He shows up on his fiancé’s doorstep ready for anything…or so he thought.
As it turns out, he wasn’t prepared for his conjux-to-be to be a genuinely nice guy that loves to cook and hates the government just as much as he does. And he never would have thought he would find him to be so charming. It would be a nice surprise if only pieces of his past that he’s done everything in his power to bury would stop coming back to ruin the mood.

Summary
Optimus Prime is dead.
He sacrificed himself to save hundreds of thousands from impending doom. In his absence, many mechs rallied themselves under the Autobot banner in his honor.
But things were not the same.
Years later in the ruins of a forgotten city—Optimus is found. Alive.
Rising from the dead, he found himself in a world that was healed. The war had ended.
Or so he'd been told.
