They turned their flashlight on, pointed low to the ground. It cast its sickly glow across pipes and concrete. They raised it, slowly, to catch the edges of turns.
A second light source prickled at their peripherals, and they turned quickly. Twin pinpricks of light vanished behind a corner, accompanied by swift, soft steps. “Oh,” they whispered. A bracken. Fantastic.
They crept backwards. They’d be fine! They vividly imagined the shipmaster yelling at the screen, watching them bumble through the dark, cursing their soul from afar for not taking a walkie. Maybe the shipmaster would shut any doors between them and the thumper! Yeah, maybe. And then they could just worry about the bracken, which was scary, but could at least be spooked off for a little while. A thumper, though…
Something behind them, far away, roared, followed by a deafening, louder and louder thud-thud-THUD.

His new Technician Shine introduced him to Tumblr and showed him the joys of fatherhood. Guided by his best guess at what being a dad is like, the kindness of internet strangers, Junior staff, and lots of pictures of deer, how will the bear navigate the online space?
There is something dark a brewing, and things are going wrong. People being thrown down the stairs, charging stations being destroyed, Chica keeps drawing "the pretty arcade rabbit", and the higher ups keep meddling with their band.
Featuring ambigious Fronnie, Chica being pansexual, Monty being a mess, and Roxy finally getting a motherly figure in her life.

Summary
With but a single laser blast, victory over the resistance in what was once known as New York is all but cemented for the invading trio who are more than happy to relish in destroying the thorns in their sides. And it tastes just as sweet as every other victory they've had in their centuries of conquering. So much so, that they don't even care that the lights in the Technodrome are acting up, or that the doors are opening and closing randomly. The Technodrome hasn't been maintenance in a few centuries, so what's a little malfunction here or there?
What they don't know, is that the people they're destroying have a belief. Though it may vary, the main sentiment holds true.
When one dies leaving something undone, there's a belief, that they do not go gentle into that good night.
They linger on until they've finished what they couldn't while alive. And for four turtles, that business is using the Poltergeist movie as inspiration.
