“_ But according to our ways, the Ruler of Mandalore must possess the Darksaber.”; Axe snaps, arms extended as he stares at her.
“_ Then she shall have it."
Bo freezes right on the spot, warmth filling her chest as she turns to face him, brows furrowed in confusion at first, soon replaced by a soft smile as she sees him walking towards her, reaching for the hilt of the Darksaber clipped at his belt. Murmurs echoes in the silence as the Mandalorian faces her, Bo tilting her head as she looks at him with a hint of sadness and a sorry look.
“_ This belongs to you…”; He says gently, holding it for her to take. Bo stares at him with a sorry and yet gentle look, wishing she could reach for or touch his face.
“_ It’s not a gift to be given… No matter how well intended.”; She smiles softly at him and Din nods, before turning to face the Clan.
“_ It’s not a gift.”
Bo’s blood runs cold as worry creeps up, fearing the worst...
