Summary
After escaping from a brutal lab, Atsushi returns to the Port Mafia with no memory of his past and a monstrous hunger. As he is pulled back into a world that claims to know him, he must find out who he is-monster, weapon, or something more.
This story is inspired and a continuation of lost in the echo by the_port-mafia. If the author is truly against me writing this, I will remove their part off my fic and just re-write it, but for now I will keep it.

Mike takes a deep breath and squeezes the hand holding El’s. She squeezes back. He leans his head on the back of the couch, looking up at the popcorned ceiling of this new house they have yet to make any lasting memories in.

Richie pulls Eddie forward until he’s straddling his lap and holds onto him for dear life. “What if he hates me or something, Eds?”
It’s quiet when he says it. Barely a whisper into Eddie’s neck. He hates admitting that he actually cares what some people think about him. But, to Eddie, he’d admit anything.
OR
Mike and Richie are twins that were separated at birth.
Karen and Ted decide the best time to tell their son the truth is about a week before his twin is due to visit for the summer.

“You’ve been through a lot,” Mike says quietly, comforting. “You have to give yourself a break. That’s what the doctor said, didn’t she?”
“Yeah,” Eddie involuntarily agrees. “She also said my life would be irreparably different and that I’d been through a huge fucking trauma.”
“Don’t think she used—”
“And what the fuck am I supposed to do, Mike? Go to some shitty support group for divorced men, or disabled men or- or what? Men who’ve been victimized by a weird fucking space clown? Cause I don’t think those exist.”
“No one is suggesting that, I’m actually suggesting—”
“I know what you’re suggesting, Mike. And it’s a huge fucking decision.”
Mike clears his throat. “It is.” He pauses. “And I gotta say, Eddie, I think the fact that you’re fighting me so hard on it is because you think it might be the right one.”

Summary
It's been twenty seven years since Eddie had even thought of Derry, that could be because he didn't actually remember a lick of his childhood, but it was more likely due to the fact he'd figured out he was gay, practically married his mother which lead to a nasty divorce, and is still fighting the temptation of relapse when he'd been clean for ten years.
A phone call from Mike changes that, as does Richie Trashmouth Tozier and a killer clown that is determined to kill them all.
