Inspired by ArcticDen's insatiable desire to commission tons of FemC art. And honestly I've wanted to do my own twist on Red Pair for a while now. I think they really suit each other. If you're one of two people reading A Phantom's Light, first of all, thank you, second of all, no I'm not abandoning it. This is a palette cleanser of sorts where I can truly be unconstrained for the most part. I hope you enjoy both APL and WE.

Summary
When Makoto became the Great Seal, he knew that he would be paying a great price and inflicting a deep cut into the hearts of the people around him. It was painful, but necessary. He was willing to carry the burden if it meant that they could continue living fulfilling lives, even if he would never join them to see it with his own eyes.
What Makoto didn’t expect however, was that he’d be thrust back into the world of the living nearly seven years later as a twenty-four year old man. Left in a world that was now both alien and familiar all at the same time, Makoto is left to regain his bearings and catch up with his relationships in a world that continued on without him.
