Summary
It's New Year's Eve, the family decides to throw a party to celebrate the ending of 2016. The big catch that shouldn't be a surprise her, Ekko was going to be there. Of course her best friend shes known for almost a decade was going to be there. Powder recently has felt something more for him. They've been through everything together. Shes come to the conclusion that she wants to be with him in a way she never thought would ever happen between them. Admitting to him that she wants to be more than friends terrifies her because what if he doesn't like her the same way. It would cause the end of the friendship that shes held close to her heart since they've met. She just doesn't know how to tell him without damaging the best thing in her life.

Summary
Powder never thought that this day would come. The end of her relationship with the love of her life. Ekko got accepted into his dream college to become a nurse and moved across the country to achieve that. Days, months, years went by and not a single call, text, or even a visit from him. The problem was that Powder's heart couldn't/can't let go of him. She decides to make the drastic decision and move to the same city he lives in, in hopes of finding the man her heart yearns for. She has no plans of letting him leave her this time.
For years Ekko always felt that something was wrong. That something was missing. The simple answer to that… The love of his life. His north star. The very thing that gave his life direction. He could text her, call her, even go and visit her. The problem is that if he does any of that, he knows he will uplift everything he's spent years in college for and the life he made for himself, just to be with her. To him, leaving her behind was the worst mistake he has ever made. Nothing felt the same without her. What he doesn't know, is that they have been closer to each other then they ever been in years, for months.
