In the middle of a war-ravaged city, Aziraphale is doing what he can to care for people until, one night, a stranger appears at the door of his medical tent carrying an injured little girl and begging for help.
The man vanishes almost as quickly as he arrived, leaving Aziraphale with a child who has nowhere to go, an inexplicable sense of familiarity, and far too many questions about the man in black who called him angel.
