The thing is, for a battered, loveless child like him there was only one thing he wanted; Tom wanted it more than he wanted fame and recognition, more than he wanted wealth or status. Family. His disgusting nature however didn’t let him have one; making everyone quiver in fear at his scent, no matter how hard he tried.
