As Mask tried to relax into his bedroll, a tight ball of something curled in his chest. A wrongness he couldn’t identify, and it made him restless and tense.
Mask tilted his head back, feeling the crisp chill of the night on his face. His cozy blanket wrapped around him. Chirping crickets and the familiar rustles of small animals filled the night. The trees rustled in the wind, a comforting reminder of his home. He slept in the center of camp, surrounded by powerful warriors–his brothers. So why couldn’t he sleep?
OR Mask is troubled, and Twilight helps him.

Eleni hesitated, and Lumine tugged on Eleni’s shoulder. Shaking herself and straightening, she trailed behind cautiously.Lumine nudged her lightly, “Hey, it’s going to be alright.” She gave a small smile, which Eleni ignored. “I know you haven’t had the best first impression…”
Eleni glared daggers at her.
Lumine winced, but pressed on, “But really, they’re good people. You just have to get to know them.”
Eleni scowled. ‘Not likely.’

Really neat new take on this crossover! I like how Danny and the bats are working together, and are (more or less) freely sharing information. It’s a refreshing new take.I particularly like Ch. 24’s Never Have I Ever game scene & the interactions in Ch. 52<3

Summary
Techno slammed his fists against the transparent wall of his prison, trying his best to break it down. His captors backed up, whistling anxiously to each other.
He gave the barrier another loud crack, delightedly watching as they scrambled away in abject terror.
Nodding in satisfaction, he turned around to meet the eyes of two other prisoners that had been thrown into his cell.
He froze.
Right.
There were now aliens in his cell.
And he probably just scared the hell out of them.
Or: Humans are a dangerous race feared by all on an intergalactic scale. Techno, a human ex-soldier that was abducted by aliens 18 months ago, is biding his time in captivity.
This changes when two young aliens are sent into his cell to die.

Summary
So, if Tommy could get his hand on one of those translators, he could understand what the crew of the ship was saying, and figure out if they were safe to approach. If they were friendly, he could explain he was kidnapped, apologize for sneaking on the ship, and beg for help getting back to Earth. If they were less friendly, he could figure out when they would next be docking and work on an escape plan and find someone else on the new planet to help him get home. It was a flawless scheme, he just needed one chance to grab one of the translators.
