Summary
The Fount of Knowledge is the last Virtue standing - the last beacon of hope in a world falling to ruin. The only hope is the Beast Sealing Spell, yet it requires five - a fail safe, in case they corrupted. No one ever thought about what would happen if only Some of the Beasts corrupted, and thus Pristine Milk must be sealed alongside those he once loved - now warped nearly beyond recognition.
Once the Beasts break free, thousands of years in the future, Pristine Milk has to learn to navigate a world wholly unfamiliar to him - and deal with the eons of trauma he's been ignoring. Turns out being locked in a tree for thousands of years makes your trauma worse! Who could've guessed?

“Shh, shhhh, child. Your mother will return shortly. You’ll be okay,” KC cooed, large hand rubbing circles along Solar’s back.
The mention of Sunshine’s absence only served to work Solar up further. Mama was his world. She kept him safe. If Mama was gone then who would protect him from Moonlight?
“Mama! Wan’ Mama-a-a!”
KC couldn’t stand to watch little Solar cry alone any more. He reached out and pulled Solar from the chair, holding the boy cradled in his arms like a baby. Solar looked up at KC, big eyes full of tears and so, so vulnerable. KC felt something in his chest catch. This baby needed him in a way nobody had ever needed him before.

Eclipse, 7 months since Sun passed away, even though he used up all his interdimensional knowledge, magic, and anything else he could think of, still failed to bring him back from the death. Sun knew truly what he was doing when he commited... Everyone was still deeply scarred, and Nexus kept spiraling more and more, realizing how they all failed Sun. His own will to go on kept fading, while also not wanting to leave his family.
Eclipse became desperate after one particular breakdown from his boyfriend, and by this point, he was willing to do anything to bring the sunny bot back. Anything...
So, when a mysterious new person shows up and hands him the solution, does he really have a choice in taking the purple crystal shard handed to him like a gift, when he feels like his love is at stake?
