Summary
This is where I will post works where Thorin, Frerin & Dís were children when Smaug took Erebor, and where their father Thráin prevents the War of the Dwarves and Orcs that canonically followed in the aftermath of the exile from Erebor.
Thráin does his best to take care of his dwarflings in Ered Luin but by chance he happens upon an old smithy for rent in the village of the Shire called Hobbiton,
The Dwarf Prince decides to rent it and gathers his children for a new life in a region where no dwarf has set foot in living memory. What will it be like for the family to live among hobbits? And who is the landlord's son?
