Summary
Phainon's skin has turned ashen, much like the dull grey of a weathered marble statue. Fractures split across his face, unusual cracks spidering outwards like shattered porcelain. An otherworldly, galactic glow bleeds through the fissures beneath the wounds, spilling most vividly along his cheek and his left eye, and the largest wound near his head burns a violet fire that flickers and pulses dimly.
“Deliverer,” Mydei says carefully, but Phainon flinches as if Mydei had just said something vile to him instead. “This is what you meant by waiting until it goes back to normal?”
An unexpected mishap reverts Phainon's form into that of the Flame Reaver. It's Mydei's job to show the prisoner of flames that he is still very much loved.

Summary
When Flins learns that Varka is an omega and on the verge of going into heat, the fae invites Varka to stay with him to ride out the week. Desperate to have a good alpha take care of him during his heat, Varka is crushed when Flins continues to decline his requests for more than friendly banter and touches.

Varka’s resolve crumbles. “Archons,“ he mutters. “You’re impossible.”

Flins is only in Mondstadt for a few days.
Varka discovers very quickly that self-restraint is not on the itinerary.

Summary
Flins had been awake when Varka left that morning.
He'd seen how Varka had left, in horror and invoking Barbatos for his mistake.
When he found out that Varka had left Nod-Krai completely without a word or even a letter left behind, Flins was certain of his standing in Varka's life and understood his meaning loud and clear.
Nearly ten years later, by fate and poor choices, they met again.
