Carl's hand moves from my shoulder up to the nape of my neck and oh… Oh my God.
A tingling sensation runs through my entire body as his strong fingers touch me there and begin carefully massaging the sensitive spots around my cervical spine. I have to press my lips together to stop myself from making some embarrassing sound of pleasure. I’m really trying to see this for what it is: a purely functional, almost medically motivated attempt to loosen my tense muscles. Scientifically speaking, it makes perfect sense. My brain knows that.
The problem is that my body doesn’t care much about those rational thoughts and reacts a little too enthusiastically. This is... unfortunate.
