Summary
After failed attempts to produce a savior sibling the Buckleys find a newborn infant in one of there many hospital visits in Minnesota with a rare blood type that makes him perfect for saving their Daniel. That night a child is stolen leaving a wound in a family that never quite heals. 32 years later the life of Evan Buckley will never be the same after all the lies the truth is finally revealed. All the while he is trying to let go of the love of his life and deal with finding out he is a dad to too abused little girls. When he learns one or both of his children may die due to how sick they are from their abuse. He may face having to make the ultimate sacrifice while trying to figure out the best way to say goodbye leaving his girls with a father that was never allowed to raise him.
In this fic one of the medical inaccuracies is involving dying to donate vital organs to save their recipient in this world the donor can chose to do this after going through the legal process. So that’s all I can say I hope you can give this fic a chance and here we go
