Summary
“Someone got too enthusiastic, huh?” III teases, pushing down a twinge at the evidence that Vessel is a taken man. It figures. He’s too good looking and sweet not to be.
“My boyfriend likes to, y’know.” Vessel gestures at the marks adorning his throat. There really are a lot of them, and the longer III looks, the less he sees humor in the situation.
“Mark his territory?”
“You make him sound like a dog pissing on a tree.”
“More like a dog gnawing on a bone,” III jokes, but his heart isn’t in it. “You have to admit that this is pretty intense."
“He’s just being an alpha about it."
III wants his concern to be rooted in misplaced jealousy, but that sounds like it was taken from his mum’s old playbook.
When Sleep leads III to Vessel, he can't help but wish for more than a platonic pack bond. Unfortunately, Vessel already has an alpha. An insecure, jealous, rude little alpha, that clearly has no idea how to act or treat his packmates.
III never used to believe in the competitive posturing his fellow alphas put on, but maybe what II needs is for a real alpha to show him how it's done.

Summary
“Could you lay down with me?”
II enters Vessel’s nest carefully, mindful not to disturb anything. Once inside, he takes Vessel’s hand and allows himself to be maneuvered until they’re lying face to face, Vessel’s head tucked beneath his chin.
“What’s going on with you, sweetheart?”
“I didn’t pass out because I’m going into heat,” Vessel says quietly. “Or because I’ve taken too many suppressants.”
“Then what?”
“It’s… it’s nothing serious.”
Despite the claim, Vessel wraps his arms around him and pulls him close, tight enough to hurt.
“I mean, it has a name,” he murmurs, lips brushing the hollow between II’s collarbones. “But it’s pretty outdated. A lot of people don’t even think it’s real.”
II stills.
“My doctor said I’m developing Rejection Syndrome.”
For a moment, II doesn’t understand. The term is so old to his ears it may as well be foreign, something pulled from a textbook or fantasy novel.
"How?"
--
Vessel's alpha has been emotionally neglecting him for years, and the effects are beginning to take a physical toll. II decides it's time to stop avoiding their feelings and finally do something about it.

Summary
Where the hell is he?!
Vessel kept repeating that line to himself, anxiously pacing around his small apartment. It's day four of Vessel’s preheat, typically the last day before his heat breaks. The one time he chooses to not suffer in silence, rolling around in his nest alone covered in his own slick and desperate for any attention, the stupid alpha doesn’t show. He. Should. Be. Here. The dumbass was given the perfect chance to get his dick wet and bailed!
He needs to pay.
His anger consumed all rationality in his preheat muddled mind, pushing him out the door with only his phone and keys, ready to go kick an alpha’s ass.
OR
Vessel's alpha bails on him right before his heat starts, pushing him to go find him and give him a piece of his mind. During his late night walk, things take a rather strange turn, an established pack finds him and a random omega chooses to take him home...Series

Summary
III does not believe in permanence.
Living with BPD, DID and Autism has taught him that attachment is a countdown and people leave eventually once they know too much. They keep their life precise, controlled and deliberately small. Structured.
When a Polyamorous Trio - Vessel, II and IV begin drifting into their orbit, dont try to fix or rush them. And keep choosing them day after day even when things become difficult, things change.
-
This is a character driven slowburn romance about patience, care, chosen family and building a life slowly enough to be real.
(Note: (attempted Slowburn. Told from mainly IIIs perspective, mental health (BPD, DID and autism) is central and written from experience. No quick fixes, no rushed intimacy and no ending where anyone needed to be healed.Bookmarked by DsJin
