Looks like writing were redacted with ChatGPT, which is rot braining after few chapters. AI can't show, only tell. So everything is too transparent and overexplained. I stopped at 24ch, but long before it I read skipping large blocks, because I could see where everything is going after a few dialog lines and there is nothing pleasant to read the tenth time the same 'thoughts'.
About the story... Maybe I will read later, because overall idea is good and maybe there is something interesting in waiting. But 300k words and everything follows the show's script despite NEW CHARACTER which should have butterfly'ed SOMETHING. Vengeanse idea is cool, but execution is lacking: Marcy didn't fight crime, like at all, then suddenly, after her father fucked her up, she decided to brutalize and kill criminals? WTF? Where did that come from? She had different kind of struggles, so I have no idea how War Woman managed to cook her into this.
There is too much disconnect between writing, characters, and plot.
