"Fucking you?" He says it like it's obvious; a given that Tobirama will submit himself to the Uchiha.
"No, you are not,” Tobirama replies, kicking Madara away.
Madara rubs his chest, massaging the place where Tobirama's heel had connected. “What the hell? I thought you wanted this."
“You’re not putting your dick in me.”
Madara looks like Tobirama has just declared his indefinite residence on the moon. "Why not?”
The back and forth grows tiresome. "Because I'm fucking you," Tobirama says plainly.
Madara scoffs. "Absolutely not."
Tobirama glares.
After a long moment Madara hums, indolent, contemplative. “I’ll fight you for it.”

Summary
Maeglin is an omega and is bound to his forbidden love for his cousin by the Hanahaki Disease, which will kill him. Every day the flowers in his lungs grow bigger and he faces his upcoming heat with dread, finding it likely that sheer loneliness and depression will cause the flowers to finally kill him.
Through chance, Glorfindel learns of Maeglin's plight and is sympathetic. He offers to help the omega through his heat and Maeglin accepts. The days they spend together are special and secret, sparks are flying, and Maeglin finds himself drawn to the golden haired alpha far more than he was ever to Idril.
But Maeglin makes an innocent but terrible mistake and darkness descends upon the city of Gondolin. Alone, afraid, injured, and with crushing secrets, the omega faces certain misery and death unless someone finds out the truth.
