Anyway, I know you don’t know me, and mum says you don’t even know I exist, so I’m not mad at you for not helping me before. But um… well, I could use help now if you’d be willing. I’m ten today, you see, and my aunt and uncle hate it when it’s my birthday, so they left for vacation with my cousin Dudley. It’s been great! Because I have the whole house to myself for a whole two weeks! But… well, my Aunt forgot to buy groceries before she left and I ran out a few days ago. But I’m not allowed to go grocery shopping without an adult, so I was just wondering maybe if you’d come help me get some groceries?
It seems a silly thing to ask I guess when we’ve never met… but mum said you’d help and I’m really hungry.
