Summary
"Wait!" Shen Yuan hopped to his feet, reaching out to grasp Shen Qingqiu's sleeve. Shen Qingqiu froze as he stared down at the hand so close to his wrist, his heart fluttering. He was such a fool. Acting like a young maiden with her childhood love.
"Sorry, sorry," Shen Yuan rubbed the back of his head with his free hand. "I'm not very good at this."
Shen Qingqiu's brow furrowed, his spiraling thoughts abruptly cut off as Shen Yuan's hand slid up to encircle his wrist.
"It's just, I thought a lot about the last time I saw you and," Shen Yuan's eyes skittered away. Then he let out a long groan. "This is so much easier when I'm talking about how the three-tailed tiger rat finds a mate"
"Mate?" Shen Qingqiu felt like his face was on fire. Why were they talking about rats and their mates?

Summary
The world they lived in was a slow one, slow and peaceful. By some miracle (because of a decision, not that Shen Qingqiu would ever know that) the abyss never happened. Luo Binghe had been able to grow up at his own pace.
It wasn’t a life of dramatic revelations, forced by the need to progress the plot, but a gentler life. A life where they had the choice.

It requires not only the ability to perfectly visualise the dimension you’re hoping to go to, but also full certainty in the existence of dimension travel, and well, nobody has ever managed both -- until now. Enter Shen Yuan, transmigrator and weeb, who lacks neither.
