Floating in the water, one of the last points of light, the necklace was pulling her by the neck, the heat coming from the metal was never painful but full of magic. For one second, she could almost breathe, as if the warmth had evaporated all the water around her.
It was then that a pulse of magic shook everything around her, the red light became blinding, and suddenly, everything went dark.
