Marinette deveria saber que é melhor não mexer com magia? Provavelmente.
Seu pai, John Constantine, a educou para saber que não se deve mexer com magia, e mesmo que ele não tivesse, ser amaldiçoada para não poder mentir quando tinha cerca de 6 anos teria a ensinado, mas você não pode realmente a culpar por ter sido escolhida para empunhar o Miraculous da Joaninha quando tinha 14 anos.
Você pode culpá-la por não ter contado ao pai ou a Liga da Justica imediatamente? Provavelmente.
Agora Marinette tem escondido a "Situação de Paris" de seu pai e outros membros mágicos da família por 2 anos, lidando com todas as consequências da magia por conta própria.
Pelo menos a Liga da Justiça descobriu que há algo errado por conta própria e enviou Superboy e Robin para ajudar.
Que as coisas fiquem mais fáceis de agora em diante ...(As Batgirls vão demorar um pouco para aparecer porque meu conhecimento sobre elas se limita a fanfictions)

I fell headfirst into the maribat fandom and you know what? I'm loving it!
I stopped watching Miraculous Ladybug in season 3 and my knowledge in Batman is limited, but... let's give it a shot.Should Marinette know better? Probably.
Her father, John Constantine, had raised her to know not to mess with magic, and even if he didn't, being cursed to be unable to lie when she was around 6 would have done the trick, but you can't really blame her for being chosen to wield the Ladybug Miraculous when she was 14.
Can you blame her for not telling her father or the JL right away? Probably.
Now Marinette has been hiding the "Paris Situation" from her father and other magical family members for 2 years, dealing with all the aftermath of magic on her own.
At least the Justice League discovered there is something wrong on their own and sent Superboy and Robin to help out.
Hopefully, things will get easier from now on...(Miracle Queen never happened. Chloe's redemption happened before chapter one)
(The Batgirls will take a while to show because my knowledge about them is limited to fanfictions)

Hitomi was aways the timid, quiet kinda girl, so when she became four and started being feverish 100% of the time nobody noticed. She would still be cheerful and the teachers would always praise her for being so calm and quiet, so she thought it was ok to feel so tired all the time. "It wasn't supposed to be much, it was just a little play so the kids could have fun and socialize, but before getting through half of the game Hitomi started coughing way too much, she felt to the ground and started coughing up blood" that was when the teachers finally noticed that something wasn't right
That was the first time she was hospitalized, but far from the last. Hitomi's quirk was related to fire, But her body was too frail for her quirk, she would "overheat" way too easily.
Hitomi's quirk was Pyrotelekinesis, She could set stuff on fire using her telekinesis, she could heal people too, but the more she heals, to more "sick" she gets. And the more living being she set on fire the healthier Hitomi gets
Hitomi's quirk ended being a perfect fit for a Villain, and when life gives you lemons, you make lemonade
