Firebrand breathed heavily as he shook his head, his eyebrows not snapping out of their furrow. He slightly picked up his pace as he tried to wipe of the blood from his sword, with little success. This sword has been tainted with the blood of many, so it wasn't surprising to him. Yet, to think that it hasn't happened in so long until now, and the blood was not of soldiers or his greatest enemies, but rather some mortal demons who wronged his family... Something within him was telling him that he was wrong, that he was breaking his moral code of loving and protecting mortals... But there was also something telling him that those mortals didn't and never cared for hurting his grandchildren, so why should he care about getting revenge?

Steampunk pressed his hand against Coil's neck. "Gods, you're sick..."
Coil made a noise of protest, as if to say "No I'm not..." but his demeanor said otherwise. Steam sat up, stretching his arms and letting out a big yawn before moving to the side of the bed and stepping off. "Stay there."
"Don't go...." Coil pleaded. Steampunk looked at him with a sad smile.
I'll come back, need to prepare breakfast." he shrugged.
