3 months after Stephanie giving birth to her still born baby, which she was going to name Frankie she ends up dieing to the hands of Black mask. She stayed alive for 3 long weeks before submitting to death. But she is quickly brought back to life in a unknown way.
After Stephanies return, she has come to realized she wasn't mourn by anybody but her lover, Cassandra who is now to grief streaked and angry to care for her girlfriend. Stephanie is replaced by Duke and forgotten about. But Damian comes around and latched onto Stephanie.

Or now Stephanie has to mourn former self and her daughter. While being casted aside by the ones she desperately needs love from. She cant seem to be angry at Duke, its not his fault. Theirs a small kid named Damian who trys to act like he doesn't adore Stephanie and Stephanie trys her best to be the best older sister ever.
Or or Stephanie is battling depression and it's from birth and dieing, she has formed a nasty eating disorder, which is more like home to her then the manor.
