El sabe que las cosas pueden ir mal, desde Eddie rechazando sus sentimientos hasta perder a sus amigos, pero decide arriesgarse de todas formas.
Por supuesto que pelear con un payaso monstruo para salvar la vida del hermano pequeño de Bill y la suya propia es algo que ni Eddie, con toda su paranoia, pudo haber calculado.
