But seeing Toey standing there in the moonlight, looking ethereal and talking softly about making the most of the rare trips he gets to go on, Q just feels a swell of emotions, unlike anything he’s ever felt before. And he knows pretty much instantly what he wants to do with those emotions.
Toey always looks at him with starry eyes, like Q is the most wonderful thing he’s ever seen, and it had been no different when he’d asked Q which star was cute.
Toey is the most wonderful thing Q has ever seen. His favorite view. His biggest inspiration and his favorite subject. He loves Toey more than he can put into words, and not just because he's not very good with words.
