The sight in the bathroom mirror is one to behold. His hair is sweat-soaked and plastered over his wet, burning forehead, and his shoulders keep trembling around the shallow breaths and racing heartbeat that spike back up the second he pauses his calming exercises. At the base of his neck stand stark his scent glands, angry red and leaking oil and sensitive to even the barest touch. The transceiver within his hero costume hung on the door crackles to life, half-muffled by the rushing sink water — doubtlessly one of his coworkers or sidekicks asking where he is now that he’s officially late to his shift. Just thirty minutes ago, Izuku had attributed the body aches he’d woken up with to plain old overexertion or a lack of coffee, but here he is. Hands shaking, scent flaring.
In heat for the first time since he’d presented.
OR: Pro Hero Deku fought ruthlessly hard to be allowed to rehabilitate Shigaraki after the War. He knows to expect any possibility, from legal challenges to social shame to being declared medically unfit to work with Japan's most dangerous villain, but forgot to account for one thing: falling in love.

Summary
About three things Izuku was absolutely positive.
First, Tomura was a vampire.
Second, there was a part of him - and Izuku didn't know how dominant that part might be - that thirsted for Izuku's blood.
And third, unconditionally, and irrevocably, Izuku wanted him.
When Midoriya Izuku moves to the gloomy town of Musutafu and meets the mysterious, alluring Shigaraki Tomura, his life takes a thrilling and terrifying turn. With his (cracked) porcelain skin, crimson eyes, mesmerizing voice and supernatural gifts, Tomura is both irresistible and impenetrable. Up until now, he has managed to keep his true identity hidden, but Izuku is determined to uncover his dark secret. (And some other things.)
What Izuku doesn't realize is that the closer he gets to him, the more he is putting himself and those around him at risk. And it might be too late to turn back…
