Dracia Tell Dramis has decided she isn't going to be following her clan into the military - she never particularly enjoyed it, and she hated the attention she got because of her clan. While you're breaking traditions, why not break all of them. If you're going to study history, why not study it at not only an off world university, but one from a completely different sector! Although she's not quite sure about the reception she'll get from all the Asgardian students...

The dark-haired girl then pointed timidly ahead, and Mira followed the line of her finger. Her gaze landed on Celine talking to someone just behind the frame of a doorway — wait, wasn't that the door everyone said not to open??
The two girls leaned into each other, a pathetically united front, as if it could sharpen their vision. That's when they saw it:

His ribcage shook with the effort, and his throat burned. He could feel his muscles, all of them, even his diaphragm, full of pain and agony, while his entire body begged for air that wasn't there.
At last he was able to cough out what had so forcefully lodged in his throat. It felt as if it were a piece of his own lung, bloodied and mangled.
But no.
It was a small natural bouquet of forget-me-nots covered in his blood.
