Dream caused much more damage to him than in the OG AU.
Phil and Techno are shocked and worried for this child’s safety, so, Phil reaches out to the admin of Hermitcraft, XisumaVoid, to see if Tommy can shelter there. Xisuma accepts and Tommy is transferred from Dream SMP to Hermitcraft.

When he finally comes back to reality, he was passed out on the floor. He was incredibly dizzy, and he felt sick. There was a constant dull throbbing in his head, as well as sweat beading on his forehead. He pushes himself off the floor, and only then does he realise that the king is in front of him, kneeling.
"What the hell happened?" Scar asks. "What was with your eyes? They went all purple!"
Grian lets out a small groan as he was yanked to his feet. He clutches his head as the contents of his vision sink in. His eyes widen and he whips his head towards the king's food. "The chicken," he whispers. He turns to the king before continuing. "You can't eat anything from the kitchen," he urges, grabbing the king by the arms.
"Tch. And why the hell not?"
"It's poisoned."
Scar's gaze snaps back to Grian. "And how do you know that exactly?"
"I- I can kinda sorta see the future," he explains quickly. "I'm not a witch! I'm an oracle! A- a- a uh- a prophet! Clairvoyant! A- a Watcher, a Seer! Whatever you want to call it!"
