Summary
After graduating from Hogwarts, Sirius and Remus have a pretty established routine. Sirius does secret missions for the Order each night while Remus works on completing his Master's degree. Both have steadily grown closer and closer for ages, but neither has tried to define what they have. Instead, they settle for listening to records and looking for a sign. Tonight is James' birthday - and it just might be the chance Sirius has been waiting for.

Summary
You see, Nero, an existential question that reaches ordinary minds many times a day is: “What will cause the end of the world as we know it? The sun exploding and scorching Earth, or another ice age courtesy of global warming?”
In synthesis, what is more destructive; fire or ice?
You could also consider the dilemma from a different perspective. What is more destructive, hate or desire?

Bookmarker's Notes
Rogue and Gambit, a date at a bar Remy is rather well-liked at and, of course, Aggie. I’m bookmarking the series because it great, and because I want to always remember what I read immediately after my wisdom teeth surgery.

Valentino decides to turn the V-Tower into a scavenger hunt of smutty drawings, leading Vox note by note toward a very willing, very priceless treasure.

Bookmarker's Notes
Val entices Vox with drawings into leaving work for the day and spending the night together. The result is a lovely scene making love on the balcony that feels new and them and yet like something we should see in the show someday. Fabulous work.

Summary
Valentino brought a drink this time, only for him, of course, and sips it leisurely next to where he’s propped Vox’s head up against the pillows.
“I like this one,” Val says, angling the page of his sketchbook where he’s drawing Vox’s head on more and more humiliating bodies towards him so that Vox can’t pretend he doesn’t see it.

VoxVal post-canon season 2 conversation that is everything we want these two to talk about but never get them to do. Fabulous one-shot

Summary
COMPLETED - Being cared for isn't the same as being loved. Being controlled isn't the same as being safe. Mounted on a wall, stripped of everything, Vox learns these truths the hard way—dependent on the very people he once commanded. Power, like love, requires letting go of control. What comes after isn't redemption. It's reconstruction. Some foundations can't be repaired—they have to be burned to the ground and built differently from the bottom up.

Bookmarker's Notes
This take is chock full of good ideas honestly. For instance, I love the conflict in Val, showing Vox affection while also relegating him to watching from the wall as he brings lovers home. I love the inclusion of the betta fish, Ray. It continues the pattern of Vox and his sharks while also illustrating his smaller role in the Vees, his seclusion. “Yes, you should still be yourself” it seems to say “but in a manageable way”. It’s impossible to miss how Ray is Vox and Vox is Ray, too, a decoration in Val and Velvette’s space.

Summary
As his friendship - Vox supposes that's what they're calling it, anyway - with Alastor suffers its ups and downs, Vox finds himself drunkenly entering into a deal with an irritatingly charming whore for regular venting sessions. Secrecy is guaranteed, so what's the problem? A strict no-sexual-contact clause, because Vox isn't into men. He's really not.
Or: Vox uses a hooker as his therapist, and gets a lot more than he bargained for.

Bookmarker's Notes
Ladies and gentlemen, the only other person in Hell who agrees with me that Vox would do exactly this - stumble upon Valentino the Whore and fall head over heels in love with him by visiting him at his brothel while dealing with falling out with Alastor. Genius. 10/10 no notes.
