He brought it to her and she transformed and brought him to that underwater cave with the glowing seashells, where he found those mermaid sisters—”
“If seal spirits happen to also need their pelts to transform,” Shang Qinghua sniffs, “Then that’s simply a coincidence.”
Shen Qingqiu throws a pillow at him.
Shang Qinghua is a selkie, and Mobei-Jun won't stop taking naps on his pelt.
